Did you earn a cookie credit when you sold cookies or a nut credit selling nuts? Did you know that you can use your credits to help pay for camp? Please be sure that your credit has not expired because you can only use current (not expired) credits.

Cookie credits will only be accepted, by our camp, from February 4, 2012 through June 18, 2012. The credits received after June 18, 2012 will not be processed and will be returned to the camper.

To apply cookie credit to the camp fees, you must first register the camper and pay the full registration fee for that camper.


For a COOKIE CREDIT CARD, you need to send it to the camp Registrar. Please include the amount on the cookie credit card and what amount of the card balance you would like to apply towards the camp fee.

Once camp registration has closed, the credit will be validated through the Girl Scouts of Oregon and Southwest Washington and then applied toward your registration fee. A check for the cookie credit amount will be mailed to you once this process has been completed.

Please note – this process could take 2-3 months.
