Program Aide (PA) Application
(Must be completed by all Program Aides) 

 

Please complete this form Only if you would like to be a Program Aide (PA) at Mountaindale East Day Camp.  Complete all of the applicable sections and then submit.  Opportunities for PA's are limited, so please ensure your application is completely filled out and submitted as soon as possible.  You may also use the PA & PAIT link to the left for reading more complete information on the PA position at Camp.  

Please remember that there are three requirements that need to be met before applying to be a Program Aide:

  • Entering 8th grade or above in the coming Fall
  • Complete Program Aide Core Training
  • A parent/Guardian must complete and submit a camper registration and health form for you

PA Training requirements may have been met at Mountaindale East Day Camp, through Girl Scouts/Columbia River Council, Inc., or through another Girl Scout Council.  If you have not completed these training, and need to speak to the PA director, please email the directors@mtndale-east.org for more information.  If you are entering the 7th grade in the Fall, please register for camp as a Program Aide In Training (PAIT).
