Mountaindale East Daycamp
This site is only for MOUNTAINDALE EAST DAY CAMP. All other Girl Scouts camp registrations are not linked to our camp. If you register for our camp, any money you pay is not transferable. If you registered for the wrong camp, you will need to contact our registrar to cancel your registration with our camp. You will then need to contact the other camp for their registration information.
Registrations and paperwork will be open February 4, 2012.
REMEMBER, all unit registration questions are based on the grade the child is GOING INTO in the FALL of 2012. Do not use the current grade level for unit choices.
Online Registration
We currently use RegPoint, a web-based database company, for our secure online registration. We highly encourage online registration. Please access this through the link either at the top of this page or at the bottom of this page. Payment can be either made through this secure online registration process or you may send a check for the full amount to the registrar at the below address.
Mail-in Registrations
Though online registrations are highly encourage, we will accept mailed in registrations. If you choose to do a paper registration, please contact the registrar at mickey@mtndale-east.org for the needed forms and paperwork. There is a $10.00 processing charge applied to each paper registration (this fee applies only to paper registrations for our camp, NOT to the Girl Scout Membership form, or the PA application.)
Unregistered Girl Scouts
All Day Camp campers (except boys and tag-a-longs) and adults must be a registered Girl Scout member to attend Mountaindale East Day Camp.
GS USA requires an original parent/guardian signature on paper in order to register a girl as a Girl Scout. We cannot accept electronic signatures or photocopied or faxed membership forms, which means we are not able to accept any Membership registrations online (including for adults). With that said, we can continue to have Day Camp registration (not membership registration) online for girls/adults who are already registered Girl Scouts.
Original, signed Membership/Volunteer Application paper form and membership payment must be received before Day Camp registration can be done online. As an option, ALL Day Camp Registration forms may be submitted in original paper form, and with signatures to the registrar with membership and camp fee payment without the need for a separate paper Membership applicationbeing included. So, to make sure you and your camper(s) are registered members of GS USA and Day Camp, you have three options to choose from:
Register online for Day Camp if you are already known to be a registered member of GS USA, paying only the camp fees required for each registering member.Send Membership Application (for each girl and adult) in paper form, each with signature and $12.00 membership fee to the registrar. You can then register for Day Camp as per the first option above once the registrar acknowledges receipt of your application and payment.
Send only the required Day Camp registration forms, in paper copy, each with $12.00 membership fee and all camp fees per registering camper/adult to the registrar who will submit the girl/adult for membership to GS USA without the need to collect the Membership application separately.
*The Membership Application form and all Day Camp forms can be located on the ALL FORMS AND LINKS page, where you can download and print them to mail in if you are not using online registrationfor Day Camp, or if you need to send in a Membership Application before doing online registration for Day Camp.
Registrations are not complete without full payment. Only completed registrations of participants will be placed in units. In additional to complete registration, PA campers are expected to fill out and return the PA Application.
If a cookie credit is not available when you are registering, pay first, then submit the cookie credit when available for a refund. This can be done through June 18, 2012.
Campers will be placed in the order that a complete registration and payment are received. Incomplete registrations may be deleted if payments are not received in 5 days. No lottery systems.

Wait List Policy:
Campers will be placed on a Wait List, if more volunteers are needed, in order of date registered and grade level. As more volunteers are registered, campers will be placed into units, and you will be notified via email.
