Be Camp-Ready!
What to wear to Day Camp
Labeled outerwear (lightweight jacket, sweater, or rain gear as needed)
Long pants
Hiking boots or tennis shoes with socks. Shoes must have closed toes! We hike up and down hills every day at camp! Because some camp areas contain poison oak, blackberries, and stinging nettles, it is important that the camper is dressed appropriately. Campers arriving in open-toed or backless shoes will be excluded from all activities and a parent will be called to either pick up their camper or bring appropriate shoes.
Long or short-sleeved shirt
Hat
What to bring to Day Camp
All campers must bring the following items to camp, labeled with their first and last name (except for PA’s, who should use their camp name):
Sack Lunch (we are a nut-free camp, as we have several campers with life-threatening nut allergies!)
Water bottle (please do not bring juice or other sugary drinks, as they attract wasps)
Backpack
Insect repellant
Sunscreen
